Return and Refunds
The customer is responsible for returning the item themselves and pay for their own shipping cost
Shoppers can return all products within 30 days of the shipment delivery date as long as the item is in resalable condition (unless specifically defined on the item page itself). Once the item(s) is/are received and the condition of the return is verified, a refund will be processed.
Shipping & Handling is not refunded.
The customer is responsible for returning the item themselves.
If a return is sent by a customer without prior notification and authorization then the package will be refused and returned to sender.
EXCHANGES
If an item, such as a pet’s items are shipped in the correct color and size but a customer would like to change the size or color then it may be exchanged if it is still within the 30 days of the delivery date. The item needs to be still in sellable condition as the item will be verified before the exchange is shipped.
The customer is responsible for returning the item themselves for exchange.
The new order change shipped to the customer will not have additional shipping and handling.
Any exchange request after the first may have an additional charge.
NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE FOR EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS.
For requests, information or questions please contact us via info@zoo4pets.com. If a return is sent by a customer without prior notification and authorization then the package will be refused and returned to sender.
PRODUCT DAMAGED
We are happy to offer a replacement product but you will need authorization from us first. Please send us an email at support@ibcase.com with the product image/shipping boxes if it is damaged.
